先日、ジェリー・ブラッカイマー製作、ニコラス・ケイジ主演の
新作映画「ナショナル・トレジャー～リンカーンの暗殺者の日記」を
観てきました。
映画は昔からかなり好きで、ＤＶＤが浸透しているこのご時世でも
気になる映画は今でも映画館で観るようにしています。
この映画、前作に続いてシリーズ2作目の作品ですが
やっぱりというか期待を裏切らない作品に仕上がっていました。
実際の史実を軸にした謎解きアドベンチャーですが
全編にわたって謎解きの要素が実にワクワクする設定となっています。
フリーメーソンやテンプル騎士団、都市伝説など
昔から語り継がれているけど、その実態や真偽が
謎のものに人は興味を惹かれるます。
この映画は誰もがもっているそうした興味心・探究心に
上手く訴えかける作品になっています。
ニコラス・ケイジは好きな俳優の一人で
今回はエド・ハリスと共演していました。
そういえば10年くらい前にもジェリー・ブラッカイマー作品
「Ｔｈｅ Ｒｏｃｋ」で共演していたのを思い出しました。
この映画も大好きな作品のひとつです。
ジェリー・ブラッカイマーの作品はほとんど観ていますが
数々のメガヒットを世に送り出している人で今ハリウッドで
最も売れっ子のプロデューサーとして活躍しています。
フラッシュダンス、ビバリーヒルズコップ、トップガン、
アルマゲドン、パールハーバー、ブラックホーク・ダウン
パイレーツ・オブ・カリビアンシリーズ、ナショナル・トレジャー・・・・
ちょと挙げてみただけでも全て世界的大ヒットです。
う～ん、すごい！
彼には、その時代その時代の空気にあった
ヒットの方程式を作ることができる頭脳とひらめきがあるに違いない。
「直感的かつ論理的」
思うにこれは多くの成功者に共通する能力だと思います。
実は経営も同じで、成功している経営者というのは
直感（ひらめき）を大事にしつつ、かつ論理的な考え方が
できる人だと思います。
どちらか一方だけだと、一時の成功は築けるかもしれませんが
多分長くは続かないんだろなと思ってしまいます。
ジェリー・ブラッカイマーが継続的にメガヒットを生み出せるのは
きっとこの能力が長けているからなんだろうなと勝手に考えながら
映画館を後にしてきました。
次回作が今から楽しみです。。
