『ビスポーク』とはスーツや靴などのジャンルで、既製品ではなく、
オーダーメードで製作されたモノのことの。
ファッションにちょっとうるさい人であれば、一度は聞いたことがあると思います。
既成のスーツや靴はいわば規格品で、ビスポークは、その人のためだけに
存在するオンリーワンの製品だと言えます。
人事コンサルティングの仕事は、例えるならビスポークです。
というよりも、『ビスポーク』でなければならないと考えています。
当たり前ですが、いくら業種業態が同じであっても、規模や組織風土や内情などが
2つとして同じという会社はありません。
である以上、全ての会社に共通する手法などは存在しないのです。
ビスポーク職人は、その人にしか適さないジャストのものを完璧に製作します。
例えば、靴なんかでは、サイズや足型だけでなく、魚の目やマメの場所まで計測します。
人間の足は、ほとんどの人が左右対称に出来ていないので、その作業を両方の足で行います。
その後で、木型（ラスト）やデザイン、革の種類なんかを選んでいきます。
そのような工程を経て時間をかけて、ようやくオンリーワンの製品に仕上がります。
そして、実際に履くことで靴に息吹を吹き込み、馴染ませ、完全に自分のものにしていきます。
人事コンサルティングの仕事も全く同じです。
会社ごとの現状を把握して、課題や問題を抽出します。
その後に最適な提案を行い、試行錯誤しながら独自の仕組みを構築していきます。
そして、実際に運用してみて、修正を加えながら馴染ませ、その会社独自のものにしていくのです。
そうして出来上がった人事の仕組みは、完全オリジナルのものです。
そう、人事コンサルタントとは、言ってみれば『人事職人』のことなのです・・・。
