今日は雨こそ降りませんでしたが
曇り空でとても寒い一日でした。
そんな中、今日は来週人事制度と就業規則の
説明会を行う会社で事前打合せに行ってきました。
「社長の想い」がぎっしり詰まった制度ですので
上手く運用して是非とも成果を上げて欲しいと思います。
話変わって、今年に入り大手企業の最終損益赤字の
報道が連日伝えられています。
今回の不況で製造業関連のサプライチェーン全般において
大きな打撃を受けていますが、改めて日本の製造業の裾野の
広さを感じます。
過去に例をみないほどの急激な外部環境の変化は、
企業の存続に係わる本質的な問題を突きつけます。
通常のリセッションであれば生産調整と雇用調整の間には
多少のタイムラグがありますが、今回はほぼ同時進行です。
こうした厳しい状況の中で、企業はどうすべきか。。
こんな時代だからこそ、今一度の自社の強みを
再度徹底的に認識することが必要だと思います。
現状分析で捉えた自社の弱みを克服するのではなく、
内部環境の強みと外部環境の機会に着目し、そこで
考えられるビジネス機会を実現するために自社の経営
資源の選択と集中を図っていく。
恐らく、今後は企業の大小を問わずドラスティックな
再編劇や淘汰が予想されます。。
これからのリーダーには、『今日』という時代から導き出される
先見性を持った強力なビジョンを示し、周りの人たちを牽引
していくことがますます求められます。
現在の状況を大きな転換点として、環境に適応できる
企業だけが生き残れる・・・そんな時代なのでしょう。
