今日は夜から一段と寒さが増して雪が降る
前のような雰囲気でしたね。
そんな中、夜からHPの保守・メンテナンスで
お世話になっているK社までホームページの
打ち合せに行ってきました。
打ち合せ終了後、F社長のお勧めで会社の近くにある
油そば専門店「浜そば」で夕食。
見てのとおり、え・・これってビビンバ？？
といった感じですが、これ油そばです。。
お腹がすいていたので大盛りにしてしまいましたが
これが、実に美味しい！
油そばってまだラーメンやつけめんほど
一般的ではありませんが、ここの油そばは記憶に残ります。
F社長、美味しいお店教えていただきありがとうございました！
さて、今日はもうひとつ。
先日、このブログでユリウス・カエサルにみる
リーダーの資質について少し触れさせていただきました。
そしたら、読者登録していただいている佐藤幸恵様の
おんなだてらにIT社長のブログ
内で、同様のテーマを
取り上げていただきました。
ご自身のブログ内でイタリアの教科書に記載されている
有名なリーダの5つ資質について、佐藤社長ご自身を
分析されていました。
佐藤社長のブログもよく拝見させていただいておりますが
自分のプラスになるような言葉や現象について、自分に
置き換えて実践されるその姿勢は僕も学びたいところです。
経営者や政治家に限らず、人の上に立つ人であれば
リーダーシップの心得とその有無は、万事成功に導く
ための必要不可欠な要素だと思います。
リーダシップ論については、マキアベリの君主論をはじめ、
昔から数多くの考え方や意見がありますが、僕自身やはり
カエサルに見習うべき点は多々あると思います。
世界史上、常に人気度・有名度でトップを行くカエサルです。
時代を超えて人を惹きつける決定的な何かがあるのでしょう。
カエサルについては、また機会があれば
いろいろと取り上げたいと思います。
