最近、実に多くの人と出会いが続いています。
その中で、先日ある人の勉強会で25歳の経営者と
知り合うことができました。
今でこそ25歳で社長といってもさほど驚きは少ないかも
しれませんが、それでもやっぱり若い！って思ってしまうし
ついつい自分の25歳当時と比べてしまいます・・。
その若き青年社長は、こういっていました。
「今の若い人たちが、将来を感じられる瞬間や夢を感じられる
瞬間があるはずだし、それは自分たちのような若い世代が
発信していく必要があると」
「そう、野球少年がイチロー選手に憧れるように
ベンチャーの社長がひとつ上の世代の経営者に憧れて
経営者になることがもっともっとあってもいいと」
「そのために自分たちのような若い世代の経営者が
しっかりと何かを伝えていきたい・・・と」
この若き経営者の言葉、本当に素晴らしいと思いました。。
自分が25歳のときなんて・・経営？？って何？？って感じでしたし（笑）
若干25歳でこのセンスですから将来がとても楽しみです。
さて、話変わって、今年も気がつけばすでに5月。
5月は欧州のサッカーリーグが佳境を迎える時期で
優勝争いや移籍の話が具体的に決まってきます。
今年は、欧州の主要3リーグは（プレミア・リーガ・セリエA）では
下馬評通りのビッククラブが優勝しましたが、ブンデスリーガは
大混戦ですね。。
我らが長谷部・大久保が所属するヴォルフスブルグは
初優勝に王手をかけていますが、まだまだわかりません。
来シーズンのチャンピオンズ・リーグでは是非とも日本人の
雄姿を見てみたい。
そんな心境でヴォルフスブルグを応援しています！
