お盆も終わり、今週から再び業務全開。
年末までぶっ通しで頑張ります。。
昨日ニュースで元リーマン社員が現況を伝えていました。
リーマンショックからもうすぐ１年。
この１年、世界は混沌とし、翻弄され、大いに疲弊しました。
今もまだその後遺症は続いています。
そのリーマン破綻のきっかけとなったサブプライム問題は
今や諸悪の根源とされています。
しかし、この問題を考えるときにいつも思い出す言葉があります。
世界のどんなに悪い事例とされていることであっても、
それが始められたそもそものきっかけは立派なものであった。
ユリウス・カエサルの遺したこの言葉は人間世界の真実を突いています。
つまり、「低所得者」であっても住宅ローンを組めるという「善意」が
そもそもはあったという事実は忘れることはできません。
そもそもは、人のためになるシステムが、時間の経過とともに
外部環境が変化し、その変化に上手く適合できないままに過ぎれば
結果的に、そのシステムは人を不幸にしてしまう。
問題は、一度構築された仕組みのチェック機能あり
それを運用する人間の「業」の部分にあるということです。
マネーゲームは、虚業だという意見や論調もあります。
汗水たらして、世の中に貢献するモノやサービスを提供する商売は実業
汗水たらさず、楽して金儲けするマネーゲームや商売は虚業
自分はどちらも違うように感じます。
実業・虚業なんていう考え方や言葉はナンセンスであって
結局のところ、その仕事が社会に必要とされるか否かだけ。
たくさんの人に必要とされれば残るし、そうでなければ消えていく。
ただそれだけですね。実にシンプル。
国営企業でもない限り、この原理原則で考えていくことが
しっくりくる感じがします。
