さて、その席で、ここ数年続いていた過払い金訴訟の次は
残業代訴訟の波が企業を襲うのではという話になりました。
法改正に伴い、ノンバンクの個人融資が下火になる中
次に魅力的な市場として考えられるのが残業代請求というわけです。
私も先日、電車で弁護士事務所の中吊り広告を目撃しました。
残業代請求訴訟が過払い金訴訟と同質に位置づけられるか
どうかは別にしても、経営側の社労士としては、こうしたリスクを
想定して対応していくことが重要なのは言うまでもありません。
終身雇用や年功序列といった神話が崩壊した今の日本で
残業代請求は、非常に身近なリクスになってしまいました。
弁護士事務所もテレビCMまで流す時代ですから
今後の動向を注視していきたいと思います。
