明けましておめでとうございます。
新年最初のブログ更新・・遅くなってしまいましたが
今年も宜しくお願いします。
さて、２０１０年もすでにスタートしておりますが
今年の２月で自分も開業して４年目に突入します。
思い返してみると独立してからの３年間は
ただただ目の前のことに奔走するばかりでした。
逆に奔走できるだけやることがあったということで
それはそれで大変有り難いことです。
が、今年は社労士事務所の運営という見地からも
より一層、組織的に活動していきたいと思います。
その一環として、昨年末には、新しいスタッフが入りました。
社労士としての実務は、まだまだこれからですが
何よりも事務所の未来を作っていく仲間として
一緒に新しいことに挑戦していきたいと思っています。
そんなこんなで、今年は、組織力を意識しながら
「顧客の創造と維持」を図っていきたいと思います。
