NHKで先週からスタートした土曜ドラマ
「君たちに明日はない」
先週、今週と見ましたが、面白いドラマですね。
リストラ請負会社に所属する面接官が
リストラを検討しているクライアント企業の
リストラ対象者と面談を通して、仕事の意味
さらには、人生の意味を問いただしていく。
まだオンエアーが2回目なのでわかりませんが・・
多分そんな感じのドラマです。
このご時世リストラなんて当たり前の世の中ですが
ドラマで見てもやっぱりいろいろ考えさせられますね。
社労士をやっていることもあって、セリフの随所に
「そうだよなぁ」とシンクロすること多々アリアリです。
経営不振・業績不振、これはいってみれば経営責任です。
経営責任を問われずして、リストラという形で安易に社員に
転嫁するのは極力回避すべきです。
が、一方ではリストラという極限状況になってはじめて
気付く経営的財産もあります。
それは、本当の意味で会社に貢献してくれる人
会社のことを真剣に考えている人かそうでないか
否応なしに炙り出されるということです。
なんとなく就職して何も考えずただ会社にぶら下がってる人は
自分の存在価値が会社に伝わることはまずないでしょう。
逆に、会社での仕事を自分の人生に置き換え
何かを成し遂げようと真剣に考え行動てきた人は
大切な何かが相手に伝わるものだと思います。
リストラって再構築とか資源の再配分とかいわれますが
その意味ではやっぱり人的資源の再配分なんですね。
いつリストラに遭遇するか予想できないサバイバル時代。
仕事と自分の生き様をシンクロさせているか。
自分は何ができて、何に貢献しているのか。
その結果、自分にどんな成長が待っているのか。
こうしたことに絶えず向き合いながら生きていくことが
ますます重要な時代なのでしょう。
