今月はブログの更新がまだ1回・・
今月はセミナーやら原稿やらと格闘で気付いたらすでに月末。
時間というものは、1日24時間平等に訪れては去っていくのですが
1か月がこうも早く去っていくとは最近は恐ろしさすら感じます。。
きっと無駄、非効率、時間の使い方に問題があるのだろう。
今一度、時間の有効性を見直さないといけない気がします。
時間ついでに、もうひとつ。
先日家のテレビ（ブラウン管）がとうとうぶっ壊れたので
ここは地デジ対応の最新型に買い替えようと意を決して
家電量販店へ。
ついでに、スカパーにも入ろうと思いテレビ売り場の
担当者を捕まえてテレビとスカパーセットを即決。
お店に入って担当者を捕まえて買うものを決めるまで
ものの10分。
人でごった返した休日の家電量販店で我ながら時間を有効に
使った～と満足していたのに・・ここからが悲劇。。
3種類あるスカパーの中でスカパーe2を契約したのだが
フレッツテレビとセットで加入になるとのこと。
それはそれで了承したのに、なんとそこからフレッツテレビの
説明と工事日の予約と確認書類のサインで2時間かかりました。。
なんだか、いろいろな確認書類5～6枚に署名してきました。
お店に入ってテレビ売場をざっと一回りして、ものの10分で
買うもの決めたのに、そこから2時間もかかるとは。。
そこで感じたのは、日本の通信制度の尋常ではない複雑さ。
免許事業だからある程度の手間や複雑さは仕方ないのでしょうが
デジタル放送の料金制度と工事の複雑さは、なんとかならんもんでしょうか。
これからますます高齢化する日本にあって、あの説明の量と
制度の複雑さと手間は、高齢者には絶対理解できないですね。
これは何もテレビだけでなく、携帯やインターネットなど通信全般に
言えることです。
ユーザーとして、数あるサービスの中から何かを選べるというのは
もちろんありがたいのですが、オプションや組み合わせ攻撃などで
複雑すぎるとはっきりって神経衰弱です。
そんなことを一生懸命説明してくれた担当者に言ったら
そこが今後の課題ですとさらりと言っていました。
CLの準決勝までにはスカパーのセットアップが終わってるといいな。。
