今日で3月も終わり。
国会では、新法案や改正法の審議や成立ラッシュで何やら忙しいようだが
労基法をはじめとした労働法関連でも明日4月1日から改正法が施行される。
労働法を専門とする社労士としては、また新たな戦いが始まる予感。。
法改正に伴う新たな知識を正確に理解することは当然として、
実務で通用する質の高い情報と解決策を提供していくことが大切だ。
そんなこんなで、ここ最近ヘビープレイなこの曲を聴きながら気合い入れてます。
