日曜日は完全オフ。
久々にゆっくりできました。
夜はどうしても気になってたラーメン屋へ。
赤羽にある「焙煎汐蕎麦処金字塔」
2月にオープンしたばかりの塩ラーメンが
評判のお店です。
迷わず塩ラーメンを注文しましたが、あまりにもウマ過ぎのため
ラーメンの写真は、完全に取り忘れてしまいました。。
鳥からとったダシの旨みと塩のバランスが抜群のスープが
最高でいつまでも飲んでられそうな口当たりです。
麺で有名な浅草の開花楼の細麺を使っているようですが
スープとの相性もばっちりでした。
まさに黄金の塩ラーメンといった感じで
塩ラーメン好きとしては嬉しい限りです。
赤羽はラーメン屋多いけど、ここはまちがいなく
行列になる予感のお店です。
