4年に1度のワールドカップが終わってから
若干燃え尽き気味だったせいか、久しぶりのブログ更新です。
先週は宝塚まで1泊2日の研修に参加してきました。
テーマは「インシデント・プロセス」という問題解決手法。
東京・名古屋・大阪から集まった同年代の社労士やコンサルタントに
刺激をもらいながら、朝から晩まで頭フル回転の濃い研修でした。
宝塚の研修施設から眺めた裏六甲です。
問題解決に必要な意思決定＝決心をいかに最適なものに導くか、
難しい半面、実務的に大いに勉強になる研修でした。
最適な意思決定には、やはり情報の「質と量」がものをいう
ということを改めて痛感しました。
8月・9月・10月は、セミナーや勉強会でたくさん話す機会もあるので、
今回勉強したことも参考にしたいと思います。
それにしても、関西（特に大阪）に行くたびにエスカレーターでの
並ぶ側を間違えて後ろから「スンマセン・・・」って言われてしまいます。
あれって、本当に不思議な光景です。。
