ずいぶんと久しぶりのブログ更新。
しばらく放っておいたらスパムコメントだらけ。
荒れ地に生える雑草と同じだ。
さて今日はクライアントの社員説明会に行ってきました。
社労士やってて、従業員の顔が見渡せる場に
出ることは、やっぱり嬉しい。
会社の成長スピードを加速させる要因はいくつかあるが
確固としたビジネスモデルがあることと人材の質は外せないだろう。
人が成長しない会社、成長を拒む人ばかりの会社は
それこそいつまでたってもジリ貧です。
人の成長に必要な要素考えるときを真っ先に思い浮かぶのが
素直さと謙虚さ。
この2つを持ち合わせている人は、どっかのタイミングで
スイッチが入れば、きっと勝手に成長するんだろうな。
ってことで、採用も当然大事だけど、成長してもらうための
仕組みや環境作りも同じくらい重要なわけです。
