今日は午後から都内にある会社の
就業規則説明会に行ってきました。
就業規則や会社規程は会社のルールを
定めたとても大事な経営ツールです。
だから単に整備するだけでなくその内容を
従業員に理解してもらい、運用できて初めて
意味を成すものだと思います。
人事制度や就業規則などの人事施策は
リリース後の運用が最も大切です。
だから、運用前のプロローグである
従業員説明会は毎回気合を入れて
臨むようにしています。
今後は、運用しながら時間の経過とともに
改訂を重ね、その会社オリジナルで究極の
就業規則に「変化」していけるよう真正面から
応援していきたいと思っています。
