最近、忙しくてブログ更新がままならない状況です。。
今週は秋の長雨＆台風到来（予定）で
やたら湿気の多い1週間になりそうですね。。
さて、そんな秋の長雨期間ですが、
学生時代から懇意にしている大先輩の
お店で牡蠣の食べ放題のイベントをやります！
六本木にあるちょっと隠れ家的な・・・
ていうか、本当に隠れ家なお店です。。
北海道・サロマ湖の漁師さんから直送されてくる牡蠣が
なんと、なんと、お一人様１５００円／（６０分）
気になるメニューですが
○生牡蠣
○牡蠣の網焼き
○蒸し牡蠣を各種類のソースで
の3種類
お客様還元を目的とした赤字覚悟の大サービスだそうです。
このお店の店長は、全国の産地や漁港を自分の足で駆け回り
地元の生産者と信頼関係を築いています。
そして、数多くの産地や漁港の中から自分が厳選した食材だけを
仕入れて、お客様に提供しているお店です。
なので、お店で出すものは、常にまがい物なしの
新鮮で美味しい食材ばかり。
正直、そのクオリティは毎回感動の嵐です。
