昨今の景気低迷の影響か。
またしても百貨店が撤退です。
あの有楽町西武の年度内での撤退が決まりました。
西武撤退後の空きテナントはどうなってしまうのか。。
今銀座界隈では、売上不振で高級店が相次いで撤退。
代わって、低価格を訴えるファストファッション系テナントの
進出が相次いでいます。
まぁこんなデフレ時代では、ある意味自然な流れかもしれませんが
個人的には少しばかり寂しい気もします。
その昔、高校生の頃、ビル清掃のアルバイトで毎週日曜日に
銀座まで通っていました。
アルバイトの帰りによく銀座や日比谷界隈を散策してました。
当時（高校生なのでバブルなんて知りませんでしたが・・）は、
バブル絶頂期でもあり、街全体が華やかな雰囲気だったのを覚えてます。
もちろん当時はただただ街中をブラブラ歩くだけでしたが
銀座の高級感というか独特な雰囲気が大好きでした。
大人になって銀座は身近な場所になりましたが
昔のイメージは今でも染み付いたままです。
時代の流れとともに街の雰囲気も変わっていきますが
銀座の街全体の雰囲気が変わってしまうかなと考えると
なんだか寂しいものです。
うっすらと感じる寂しさの理由。
それはきっと、若かりし頃に刷り込まれた記憶の風景が
失われるからだと思います。
そういえば、有楽町ビックカメラも昔は「そごう」だったし
マリオンにもまたどこかの家電量販店が入るかな。。
