今日、南アフリカw杯の日本代表最終メンバーが決定しました。
選ばれた23人ですが、ふたを開けてみれば結局のところ
何の変哲もない、最終予選を戦ったメンバーそのものです。
欧州から帰国した稲本が入った程度でしょうか。。
当然、岡田監督の戦略や思惑があっての選考ですが
正直言って、特にFW陣の顔ぶれにはがっかりです。
皆それぞれ特徴のある選手ですが、果たしてこれがベスト4を
掲げる岡田ジャパンの熟慮に熟慮を重ねた上の決定なのか？？
はなはだ疑問の残る最終メンバーに思えてなりません。
少なくとも、彼らより多くの得点を挙げている選手や
局面を打開できそうなスピードスターはいるはずです。
まぁ、これが岡田監督の答えであるなら
その覚悟と意地を信じるしかないですね。。
