日本代表、久々の快勝です！！
来年の南アフリカW杯突破に向け、来る6月の
最終決戦を前にして、非常に重要なキリンカップ。
我らがサムライブルー、見事に結果を出してくれました！
ここ数年の日本代表の試合の中で、一番安定した試合運び
だったように感じます。
中でも、1年間オランダ2部リーグで揉まれた本田圭佑の
目覚しい躍進振りは、日本代表に足りない「何か」を強烈に
喚起してくれたような気がしてなりません。
彼は、昨年の北京オリンピックで屈辱の予選敗退を経験しましたが、
オランダの2部リーグに降格したVVVフェンロでは、キャプテンとして
チームを引っ張るという貴重な経験を積んできました。
その中で、本田がいつも口にして有言実行していたのが
徹底したシュート意識です。
今日の試合でもまさにそのシュート意識は徹底されていました。
シュートは、それだけでも脅威になりますが、こぼれ玉や波状攻撃の
きっかけになるので、大きなチャンスメイクの手段でもあります。
１点目の岡崎ゴールは、まさにその典型。
プロとして、着実に成長した選手がまたひとり代表入りを
果たしたことを本当に嬉しく思います。。
また、山田直輝をはじめ、将来の代表候補が
明るい希望を与えてくれました。
中村俊輔や闘莉王が不在の中、流れの中で３点入れたことを
確固たる自信につなげてほしいところです。
６月６日のウズベキ戦に勝てば、W杯出場が確定します。
６月は、仕事もサッカーも熱くなりそうな予感です。。
