今年の営業日も昨日で終了しました。
お客様をはじめ、ご支援いただいた皆様には
心より感謝しております。有難うございました。
そんな年の瀬の締めくくりとして、今日は事務所で
今年の総括や来年の指針を一人でと思案してます。
振り返ってみても、今年は、昨今から長引く不況の影響もあってか、
雇用問題に関する相談が激増した１年でした。
雇用調整など後ろ向きの仕事が多い年ではありましたが、
社労士としてある意味忙しく、多くの経営者に社労士の
存在価値を理解してもらえた年だったように感じています。
さて、来年はどうでしょう・・。
やはり与党・民主党による雇用・労働政策で大きな変化がありそうです。
政治的にも労働者を守るという政策は、もちろん必要ですが、
労働者を保護する仕組みだけ強化するのでなく、同時に、
雇用そのものを生みだす企業が活性化できるような柔軟な
政策も期待したいところです。
来年は、今年以上に社労士の真価が問われる気がします。
経営者にとって有益かつ質の高いサービスを常に提供できるよう
絶え間ない努力と持続する意思で来年も頑張って行こうと思います。
あと・・来年はワールドカップイヤーなので
我らが日本代表には本当に頑張って欲しいですね!
